To celebrate the fresh Italian ingredients featured in their Spring Menu, ASK Italian is hosting an “Edible Bouquet” masterclass, in partnership with iconic florists Rebel Rebel.

Officially launching in Liverpool on Thursday 28th March the floral masterclass will run from 7:30pm -9:30pm at the Queen Square restaurant, offering the perfect opportunity to spend time together with friends and family ahead of Mother’s Day!

Rebel Rebel will guide you through the stages of creating the “La Dolce Vita” bouquet, carefully crafted with fresh Italian herbs, foliage and edible flowers including Rosemary & Pea, Olive & Mint, yellow courgette flowers, mimosas and pink roses. All ingredients are inspired by the delicious new dishes available at ASK Italian restaurants and the final bouquet will make the perfect gift or dinner table centrepiece.

Diners can immerse themselves in floral artistry and create their very own edible bouquet, all whilst enjoying a set three-course menu, all for £19.95.
