Knowing your numbers is key to building your business. In this Q&A session the following topics will be covered:

2. Asking for what you are worth – understanding what your rate should be, benchmarking and strategies for getting what you want and need

3. Getting your money in the bank – the need to chase debtors and putting in place a successful process to ensure you get paid for your work

This Q&A session will last for an hour and will include a presentation along with dedicated Q&A time to answer your questions.

The event will be hosted by Martin Spiller. Martin is a passionate and highly motivated commercially focused chief financial officer, experienced non-executive director and senior lecturer with specialism in entrepreneurial finance and entrepreneurship.
