Alison has worked in the voluntary sector for over 25 years, mainly in smaller community organisations helping local communities identify what they need and organise and build capacity to achieve this. She has also worked in homelessness, a Pensioner’s centre and as a Grants Manager in a charitable trust. She has a Masters in Social Policy.
