So many internal communicators are looking for advice, and discussion about how to successfully launch and make an enterprise social netowrk actually work for their organisations. So we have brought together two great minds who have been instrumental in making their ESNs work at their companies.
At this Ask the Guru event we'll discuss what made these ESNs work, what lessons were learned and more. You are invited to bring your own ideas, experiences and questions and join the debate. Every organisation is different and so your experience and shared knowledge makes this event even more valuable to everyone who attends.
Our two gurus are:
David Jarvis, who's current title is VP Customer Engagement at TUI Marine. He's instrumental in TUI's move to ESN and adoption by its people. The TUI case study about how they adopted Yammer has been written about in Simply Communicate and you can read that piece here. This will give you an insight into David's thinking and approach.
Helen Deverell, who works at Grant Thornton as Communications Assistant Manager has been involved in their ESN, named Jam. This project was also highlighted by Simply Communicate, and you can read the piece here.
David and Helen will give their views of what worked, what didn't and what lessons they've learned from implementing and ESN in their organisations.
Ask the guru sessions are designed to be small, informal events where everyone has a chance to ask questions, raise issues, share ideas and challenges. Join us and the discussion at the VMA offices in central London.
