About this event
If you’re a business with impact at the heart of all you do, you most likely have come across the idea of pursuing a B Corp certification, a designation demonstrating that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials.
In this event, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have about the certification process, the benefits of becoming a B Corp, and how this certification can be an asset in a business social investment journey.
Join us on Thursday 9th of June together with four key players in the impact sphere: Paul Miller, Managing Partner and CEO of Bethnal Green Ventures - Europe's leading early-stage tech for good VC. Joanna Adjetey, Customer Success Coordinator at B Lab UK where she supports companies aiming to join the rapidly growing B Corp Movement. Sarah King, Co-Founder & CEO of we are radikl, a women’s start-up, accelerator, and investment movement advocating for economic empowerment for women. Jerome Brustlein, COO of Fenton, a proud B Corp, direct-to-consumer ethical jewellery company focusing on coloured gemstones.
What will you learn:
- What is B Corp’s mission
- How can your business benefit from a B Corp certification
- Key milestones in the B Corp certification process
