Description

This FREE #AskTheExpert workshop, fully funded by the ERDF, takes you through Creating Your Personal Brand with Sam Gale from Regale Media.

Are you the face of your business? When a customer purchases from your business, is it you they deal with? If so, it's important to make sure that you build a brand for your business that is a natural and logical extension of who you are as a person. It's also important, however, to make sure that it's a professional and compelling brand. So where do you begin?

Sam Gale is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience. As the face of her business, she understands the importance and process of creating a personal brand, and she has helped dozens of clients create them as well. In this session, Sam will cover:

  • the power of a strong personal brand

  • the elements of any brand

  • how to turn your own persona into a strong brand

  • how to roll that brand out to the different parts of your business

  • how to maintain that brand through different media

  • how to stay authentic to that brand (and to yourself) as you grow and scale

This session is for business owners who want to grow beyond just personal transactions and create a compelling online presence that will grow their business while still remaining the face and the heart of the business.

It will be perfect for service providers, bloggers, authors, creators and influencers. It is NOT for agencies or brands who use the company name and brand as the public-facing persona. For example, Oprah would be a good fit for the session because most things she creates have her name on them (though Oprah will not be in attendance, sorry), and people buy them because they say "Oprah" on them. Kate Hudson, however, would not be a good fit, because despite having one of the most successful athleisure brands on the market (Fabletics), it is not a personal brand, she is simply at the head of it, and people could purchase from her without knowing she was involved.

Sam Gale from Regale Media

"Regale Media is a marketing content and strategy consultancy created by Sam Gale. But what does that mean? "Regale" means to tell a story, and that's exactly what she wants to do for you. By creating marketing content and strategies for growth that are true to both your brand story and your business goals, we can create lasting connections with your ideal customers that result in actual sales"
