Aspiring Leaders 2016-17

This is the sixth year of the HART Aspiring Leaders programme, updated for 2017 and used all over the region to develop practical leadership skills in aspiring leaders to Middle, Senior and Headship levels.
Leaders work within their context to develop and lead a school improvement priority to improve pupil outcomes. This has been identified as encouraging leaders to become more strategic and taking on more responsibility for leadership tasks.
Six Twilights over the year
This very practical programme allows participants to learn the theory of leadership whilst developing their own school improvement priority.
