Event description


The ASPIRING LEADERS PROGRAMME will commence May 2016 running through to December 2016* and is open to all new Senior Leaders and Middle Leaders.  As part of the programme delegates will work on an innovation project based around an aspect of their current work . The completed project will be presented to the cohort towards the end of the programme.  During the programme delegates will also be given the opportunity to shadow a Senior Leader for the day and will take part in an application and interview process.

All sessions are twilights running from 4.30pm to 6.00pm and will take place across a variety of schools
include Shelley College, Castle Hall Academy, Royds Hall Community School, Whitcliffe Mount High School, Westborough High School and Upper Batley High School. 

COST:  The cost of the course is £350 per delegate (£300 for Green Light Alliance Partners)
