Open to all CSP Members in the Midlands region (Full, Associate, Student) this is your opportunity to develop your leadership skills and help you on your way to realise leadership ambitions.

This event is relevant to those at the start of their career or those that have reached a ceiling and want to progress further and every career development scenario in-between. Maybe you dont see yourself as a leader yet but want to explore the skills you have and how you can develop them.

Whether you work in the NHS, private practice, academia, research or another aspect of the profession, you will leave the day inspired and armed with ideas to take forwards.
