- Basic A & P of birth

- The life of an Independent Midwife - Stories to inspire

- Resources, reading and organisations


The day includes lunch, refreshments, resources and an attendance certificate for your portfolios.




Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Not really suitable for those still in secondary education.


What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The venue is 10 mins walk from a main line station.  There is plenty of parking in this residential area.


Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?


Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes.  You can transfer to another date with 48 hours notice.  72 Hours notice is required for a full refund. 48 hours notice for a 50% refund.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to cancel the study day at short notice and whilst a full refund will be given North Surrey Midwives are NOT responsible for any other fees you may have incurred.

Angela Horler RM

Angela is an Indpendent Midwife who has a deep belief in womens innate ability to birth their babies, working to support women in their birth choices, either at home or in hospital.


A passion for sharing midwifery knowledge, Angela runs workshops for the aspiring midwife, on physiological birth and hosts coffee mornings to share and inspire midwifery knoweldge.


When Angela is not facilitating birth, workshops or the home education of her children, you can find her tucked up next to the fire with a good book or box set and a glass of wine!
