Description

This series of workshops is focused on the skills required to give you confidence at different points during the sales process. The approach taken to sales is a subtle, yet persuasive, low-pressure method with an emphasis on creating opportunities, developing relationships, focusing on service and having compelling conversations. Less forced, more natural!

Each workshop is four hours in duration. There is the flexibility to just book one or book all three courses as a comprehensive sales series (there is no repeated content).

We will explore what it means to be assertive and why you may find it a struggle to speak up and make yourself heard. We will also look at your relationship with "blowing your own trumpet" and focus on Getting Comfortable with Self Promotion for Business Success. This workshop gives you the understanding, skills and techniques that will help you learn to think, feel and behave assertively whilst remaining authentic to your true self.

Content will include:

  • Assertiveness explained

  • Setting our boundaries

  • Presenting clear and congruent messages

  • Teaching others how to treat us

  • Getting comfortable with self promotion

  • The art of saying NO

  • How to handle difficult people and difficult situations
