About this event

This training covers areas that impact employability , hierarchy and assessment of needs, principles for supporting service users and collaborative action planning.

This training is suitable for anyone who will be supporting women with employability.

Learning outcomes:

1. Understand the range of factors that impact on employability

2. Be able to assess service users’ employability support needs

3. Be able to coach service users to produce an employability development action plan.

Working Chance provides women with criminal convictions with the skills and support they need to develop their employability, and to help them to build lives that give them purpose, hope and financial independence.
