Question 1

Is there any parking at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately no parking, however the Cathedral and Quay Car park is close to the venue. Exeter train stations and bus routes are also close by and there is secure cycle storage at the venue.

Question 2

Will refreshments be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes drinks and biscuits will be available throughout the day. Lunch is not provided, there are a number of local food outlets for you to get lunch or you can bring your lunch from home.

Question 3

I can't get to the venue for 9am, or I need to leave before 4.30pm, can I still come?

Accepted Answer

Yes that is fine. Although the course starts at 9am, the main teaching will start about 9.30am. I hope to be finished by 4pm but have booked the room until 4.30pm should we run over or if learners wish to stay and finish any discussion or practice.But if you need to leave earlier then thats fine.

Question 4

I can't make the date or get to the venue, will you be holding more courses?

Accepted Answer

Yes I plan to arrange more courses in the future if there is enough interest. Please do let me know that you are interested and I will look at trying to organise a course that's more convenient for you. If I do arrange something I will also give a discount code for you and up to 3 others!

Question 5

Am I able to get a refund if I am unable to make the course?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can have a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event. Up to 7 days before the event I will offer a 50% refund, unless I am able to fill your place in which case I will offer you a full refund. If myself or the venue need to cancel the event for any reason you will be given a full refund.
