This event is aimed at/designed for teachers in Key Stage 1 or 2 who want to make their teaching outstanding.
Alice O'Neill is Key Stage 2 Leader at St Thomas of Canterbury School Sheffield, with key responsibility for monitoring and improving the quality of teaching across school. An outstanding Year 6 teacher, Alice was winner of the Sheffield Star’s Teacher of the Year Award 2014. Alice is an accredited facilitator for the Outstanding Teacher programme, Improving teacher Programme, and Power of Coaching Training. She is an inspirational facilitator who challenges participants to reflect deeply on their practice. She is currently leading the Mastery English development project and leads training on this whole school approach.
