Asset Ownership and Community Wealth Building

Participants will learn how organisations can acquire, manage, and make the most of assets such as land, buildings, and enterprises. The session will also cover funding options, legal considerations, and risk management strategies. By the end of the workshop, participants will understand how asset ownership can support local economic development and help organisations achieve financial independence.
