About this Event

Its the ASSIST ONLINE networking.

Come and join the Assist network for some informal networking via Zoom. Hosted by Chloe Clover of Wander Films and Julie Burniston of Tees Life/Tees Business along with the Assist team.

This one is relaxed, no formalities, no business card pushing, just good business conversation.  We naturally share ideas, experience and vision that could lead to potential growth for you or your business.  Women actively share positive solid business contacts,Tees Valley is not a big place!  Assist champion's the idea Women Support Women #WSW, yes we breath, work, eat, sleep, repeat this!

Why come along...

Our new informal online gatherings are a chance to network without leaving your desk, while homeworking to bounce ideas with other business owners.  On a positive not you can meet other businesswomen and can talk shop, maybe you are looking for new contracts or need a product or service and looking for some recommendations, we like to encourage the 'trade local' ideology.

Why not use this time to arrange a short online first meeting with someone over a virtual coffee? You will have the added benefit of you both using your time to also meet other potential leads. You could make this your monthly business 'time out' and use this space as a sounding board as you build trusting relationships.

What to expect...

We want to hear about you, your business and the products and services you offer.   Are you launching a new service, looking for new customers, got a huge event to promote or want to share with us some new ingredients in your handmade products?  Come tell us about it we genuinely want to know and are keen to help share your news.

You may want to just chat about 'working on' your business and just need a second opinion or some objective critical thinking, a conversation outside your office could be the way forward. We may not have all the answers but talking with other business owners who may have been there and done it, and could help you find a suitable solution.  In return all we ask is you give your fellow Assist'ers the same consideration 'what goes around comes around'.

We are all supporters of 'Women in Business' be part of it.

We will see you Thursday 8th October at 10am where we are simply creating an online space for you to informally meet other businesswomen on a regular basis or as a one off.  We do allow a little time for a very quick introductions, 1 minute, therefore if you come later you may miss these, but don't worry there is plenty of chance using Zoom breakout rooms to give you the opportunity to have smaller group chats.

Cost to you...

We don't charge for this form of networking like other organisations.  Tea, coffee and pastries are provided by your very own kitchen, of which we give you huge thanks for!!  We will be waiting to meet you along with other local vibrant businesswomen that may join in.

You don't even need a business card!  People buy people!
