Associate Programme Training
Wed, 28 Jun 2017, 09:00 – Fri, 30 Jun 2017, 18:00 BST
The London Leadership Academy are pleased to advertise the recruitment of a second cohort of Associates.
The London Leadership Academy (LLA) associate model has been designed to help the NHS in London make the most of the skills that are available internally. Each year, organisations in the NHS spend hundreds of thousands of pounds on bringing in external consultants to contribute to organisational objectives, when we often have those skills available internally across the system. The London Leadership Academy acts as an ‘honest broker’ in bringing together organisations in need of support and those practitioners with the honed organisational development skills to assist.
The associate vision is a vibrant, self-sufficient NHS which focusses on the best way in which we can use internal resources and expertise to get the best from our people and ourselves, enhancing care and delivering responsible spending and value for money.
Each of our associates has been vetted by the LLA, undergone rigorous training, and is skilled in a number of different areas. They each bring experience and knowledge of the NHS and are able to advocate for the LLA. Each associate is able to bring a new outlook, appropriate challenge and creative input to the project they are assigned too. We aim to match the skills of our associates to the needs of the project.
Associates work on a variety of projects and programmes of work. They work in teams or independently depending on the specificities of the assignments. We welcome projects that focus on the human aspect of organisational change and change management. The London Leadership Academy Associates work to support the relationships, identity and information underpinning the structures, policies and processes of systems.
Interested parties are invited to book on and will then be sent an application form to complete which should be returned to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than the 12th May. Successful applicants will be invited for a conversation before attending the consultancy training course from the 28th – 30th June 2017. You need to be available to attend the full three days.
