Association Leaders’ Forum: Leadership, the role of disruption and how to improve underperforming teams

In the morning the group will focus on disruptive leadership and how to survive it. Anne Godfrey, Chief Executive, CIEH has had good and bad experiences of what she refers to as transformational leadership.

She will share her experiences in her last three roles and then as a group we will devote time to working through techniques to avoid failure. After lunch the group will focus on how to work with an underperforming or dysfunctional team, building plans based on the collective experience to overcome current challenges that you, as a group of leaders are facing.

The Association Leaders’ Forum is a safe environment where you can have confidential conversations, talk openly about your experiences and work with other leaders to drive your own and other associations forward

If you are a CEO or senior leader of a professional body, membership or trade association looking to develop your leadership team and improve your leadership engagement in order to boost your associations results, then please register to attend.
