About this event
The directors and staff of the Association of Drainage Authorities invite our members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to receive reports, review accounts, discuss and vote on items relating to the Association’s business and governance. Please join us to hear about our work over the last 12 months and our future plans.

To attend the ADA AGM 2022 you will need to register here on this Eventbrite page.
An email confirmation will be sent to you, when your registration has been received. Two days in advance of the AGM, you can expect to receive by email the Joining Information and the Microsoft Teams Webinar link that you will use to log in and join the ADA AGM 2022.
If you wish to receive the AGM Handbook (our annual report of ADA's activities) by post, please ensure that you complete your full address when registering.
Proceedings | Agenda
Business and proceedings will be conducted in accordance with the Association of Drainage Authorities Memorandum & Articles of Association. The formal notice and agenda for ADA's Annual General Meeting 2022 is available via the link below.
Discussion | Questions
Any ADA member can raise a matter for discussion at the AGM in advance of the meeting. Please email heather.bailey.org.uk. There will be an hour set aside for ADA members to receive reports, review accounts, and vote on items relating to the Association’s business and governance.
To ask questions during the AGM we will be using Slido, further information on how to use Slido is within the helpful Joining Information FAQ available from the ADA website.
Who can attend
The AGM is for representatives of ADA’s Member authorities and businesses. If you are a board member or officer of one of these organisations, you are welcome to attend. Such a representative will be able to vote in any matters at the AGM.
