Hai Zhuge is a Professor of Computer Science at Aston University's School of Engineering and Applied Science.
About the lecture
Big data influences almost every aspect of society. Big data research is shifting the science paradigm and driving the fourth industrial revolution but what is the nature of big data? What is the fundamental challenge of big data computing? How can we map big data into knowledge space? Can we construct a cognitive cyber-infrastructure to support revolution of science and industry?
This lecture will share insights and inspire thinking at the eve of the next great revolution.
