ClubWorks has organised the activators courses for clubs and organisations who need to upskill their volunteers and coaches to support delivery within their clubs.

Athletics Activators Course
The workshop introduces the basic components of athletics - running, throwing and jumping - and how to organise and deliver informal athletics activity in a community setting.
Designed, developed and run by StreetGames, England Athletics and Sportshall, this is a practical workshop which demonstrates how informal athletic activity can take place in a sports hall, park, or car park. Aside from learning the basics of athletics movements, participants learn how to run an easy competitions based on the three components of athletics.
Course prerequisites: There are no compulsory pre-requisites for this workshop
Cost to attend the course: £10.00 - Clubs will be offered a full refund on full attendance of the course.
Please note this course is practical and require you to come dressed appropriately to take part in sport.
Please bring own drinks and packed lunch.
The courses are delivered by ClubWorks partner organisation StreetGames.
