Meditation, yoga postures, breathing exercises and mantra repetition are part of your daily Atma Kriya practice. It’s up to you whether you want to practise for 15 or 50 minutes a day. This meditation course gives you a treasure of powerful tools to help you become your true Self – in union with the Divine. At the end of the course you will receive Shaktipat as the ignition key to start your inner transformation. This transformation will greatly enhance your spiritual progress. Of course, this requires your commitment and effort to practice, and Grace does the rest.
