Yes, participants need to be 16+

What time do I need to arrive?

The session starts at 13:00; please make sure you arrive shortly before this time so that we can sign you in and be ready to start promptly.

Will there be parking?

AtoBetter cannot guarantee that there will be parking, please check with the venue. If your bike is safe to ride, we would encourage you to cycle.

Do I need to bring my own bike?

Yes, to get the most out of the workshop we suggest working on a bike that you/your family own. If you don't have one but would still like to learn, please let us know on your pre-event form. We will get in touch to confirm whether you can borrow a bike for the workshop.

Yes, breaks will be planned in to the workshop.

AtoBetter invite you to join us at our free Sprowston workshop delivered by Jon (Little Riders). You'll get stuck in with some hands-on learning and take away skills to enable you to keep your/your family’s bike in tip top condition.

Overview

This workshop is suitable for beginners who'd like to learn the basics such as safety checks, how to keep your bike running smoothly, and common problems while you're out and about. Spaces are limited, so we recommend you sign up as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
