Overview

Atomic Breathing: Powerful Tiny Techniques to Shift Stress Fast Workshop with Sarah Hunt

Atomic suggests something very small but incredibly powerful, and this session focuses on 5 simple breath practices that can shift your energy and stress level in mere seconds. These Atomic Breathing practices are perfect to do during transitions in the day (between clients, coming home from work etc), or to use to continually shift built-up stress energy in the body. They are also brilliant at shifting frustration, anger and tension in the body.

These Atomic Breathing exercises are practices you can doing on the move, at your desk, as you walk in the door at the end of the day, literally anywhere! They are perfect when you need to shift your energy but you don’t have time to sit, focus and breathe for very long. And the amazing truth is that we can weave these Atomic Breathing practices into daily life so they become so familiar, so habitual, that we hardly realise we’re doing them anymore…we just find ourselves less stressed than we used to be!!
