Overview

Come to a gentle space to share, listen and heal our stories, together.

This is a gentle, confidential space for those living with Complex PTSD (CPTSD) and navigating the deep impact of attachment wounds. Together, we’ll explore how early relational experiences shaped our sense of safety, connection, and self-worth—and how we can begin to heal through shared presence and compassionate witnessing.

What to Expect:

  • A non-judgmental circle where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
  • Guided practices to foster nervous system regulation, self-compassion, and relational repair.
  • A community of others who understand the complexities of CPTSD and attachment trauma.

Who It's For: Anyone who resonates with:

  • Feeling unsafe in relationships or emotionally disconnected.
  • Struggling with abandonment, enmeshment, or chronic self-doubt.
  • Seeking healing through connection, not isolation.

You’re invited to bring your truth, your tenderness, and your courage. We’ll hold it with care.

PLEASE NOTE: This sharing circle is a peer-to-peer support space, not a therapy session. I am not a licensed therapist or mental health professional, and this event is not a substitute for professional care.

If you are currently experiencing significant emotional distress, trauma, or mental health challenges, I strongly encourage you to seek support from a qualified therapist or trauma-informed practitioner. You deserve the right kind of care and support.

This space is intended to foster connection, listening, and mutual respect among peers who feel safe with sharing their experiences and hearing from others.
