Raj Chada is a criminal and human rights lawyer, and Head of the Criminal Department at Hodge Jones & Allen. He defended the Shell 7 who sprayed ;Shell Knew, Climate Criminals and Lies' on the headquarters of Shell 2 years ago and currently defending the activists who blockades Rupert Murdoch distribution centres.
He recently published an analysis piece in May this year, stating 'make no mistake: policing is a coercive use of state power, so by its nature it can be political' read it here
