Attracting Talent and the Employer Brand
Monday 24th April 4.30 - 6.30 pm
The Cambridge Corn Exchange, St John's Bar, CB2 3QB
Regardless of the size of your organisation or how well known you are, attracting and retaining the best talent requires much more than partnering with a great recruiter and paying for a LinkedIn licence.
Cambridge Live invite you to join us at this knowledge share event which we have combined with a cream tea specifically for HR Managers and CEOs / FDs responsible for people.
Whilst we enjoy our cream tea we will discuss how candidate behaviours are changing and why building your employer brand and telling your story at every stage of the candidate journey is becoming so important.
This will be an opportunity to explore the latest thinking and practice around the employer brand, especially given the challenges in attracting talent in Cambridge.
The structure of the session will be a discussion (not chalk and talk), facilitated by Judith Elliott and Edwina Brewster, and with the aim of capturing practical ideas on what works. It will also be a good opportunity to network and, of course, indulge in a cream tea, and still have the evening ahead of you.
We would be delighted if you could join us on Monday 24th April. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Cambridge Live has kindly agreed to host the forum for us. Cambridge Live is a charitable company limited by guarantee. Welcome to show biz!
