AuDHD Unmasked:

Navigating the Unique Challenges & Strengths of Autism + ADHD

Feeling stuck between two worlds?Living with both Autism and ADHD isn't just "a little of each" – it's a unique neurotype with its own rules, conflicts, and incredible strengths. Yet most support focuses on either Autism or ADHD... leaving AuDHDers misunderstood and struggling.

Join us for a session designed specifically for those navigating the complex, often contradictory landscape of AuDHD.

Stop trying to fit single-diagnosis solutions. Discover how to:

  • Decode the AuDHD Paradox: Understand how Autism's need for sameness clashes and coexists with ADHD's craving for novelty
  • Unmask Safely: Identify the exhausting toll of camouflaging Autistic traits while managing ADHD impulsivity – and strategies for sustainable authenticity.
  • Navigate Sensory & Executive Chaos: Learn why sensory overload can trigger ADHD paralysis, and how to manage overwhelming environments and initiate tasks when your brain says "no."

Build Your AuDHD Toolkit: Understand your brain and learn from a fellow AuDHDer.

This isn't just awareness – it's validation and actionable support designed for the whole AuDHD brain.
