A virtual study day from sites in Suffolk. A South and East Museums Federation Event.

About this Event

Since the start of lockdown museums all over Suffolk have been working hard to engage audiences and reach the most isolated of communities. Join us to hear from a variety of Suffolk Museums who will share some of the innovative projects that have taken place during this period.

Times to be confirmed. Talks will be 15 mins with time for Q and A.

Jenna Ingamells (Suffolk Museums) Jenna will talk about the Suffolk Steps initiative which has involved Suffolk Museums developing a variety of family friendly historic walks.

Joe Carr/Chris Hilton/Callum Given - The Red House/new Britten-Pears Arts and how we have developed over lockdown.

Eleanor Root, Colchester and Ipswich - Activity pack project

Alana Edgeworth - National Horseracing Museum's Fun Palaces community project

Fiona Lewington, Aldeburgh Museum - Aldeburgh Museum's mouse activity packs and Historic England activity sheet project (with The Red House).
