Georgina specialises in CQC compliance for providers of Adult Social Care (ASC) and Healthcare Services. She runs her own Healthcare Compliance Consultancy business - ‘Inspired for Health Ltd’ and her experienced team provide governance and audit support to providers which include; mock inspections (compliance reviews), Single Assessment Framework evidence advice, onsite cultural reviews, focused training and one to one Registered Manager and Nominated Individual mentoring.

After completing her Nursing Diploma, Law Degree and Masters Georgina supported CCG’s, Community, Foundation & Acute Trusts on a variety of topics including: CQC Compliance with Regulations, Nurse Staffing, Consent, Governance and Quality Monitoring.

Georgina also worked as a CQC Specialist Professional Advisor (SPA) within Adult Social Care for over 10 years.

She currently works with adult social care providers around the country as well as with Primary Care and within the independent hospital/clinic sector supporting teams with governance, quality improvement and regulatory compliance.Georgina has also worked in the NHS as a Risk Manager, Claims and Litigation Manager, Quality Programme Manager, Information Governance Manager, District Nurse and Acute Medical Nurse as well as within Nursing Home and Domiciliary Care settings. She has also gained nearly 10 years' experience in healthcare quality and audit.

The session will be ideal for those who will be leading on Audit, especially for those new to this topic.
