Frequently asked questions

Is there parking nearby?

There is plenty of parking. There's a free car park about 5 min walk just outside the RWY; Strand Street, PL1 3RL However, this is often very busy. There are plenty of spaces closer by and these can be paid using card or on the Pay By Phone App - the location number is: 59542

Will you have any equipment that I can use?

I will have on hand a range of every day crafting tools such as scissors, cutting mats etc.

What happens if I'm unable to attend the workshop but have paid and booked a place?

Refunds are not available. However, please contact me as soon as possible if you're unable to make the monthly and I will book you onto the next available monthly group.

Where does the workshop take place?

The workshop is at my Studio within Ocean Studios at the Royal William Yard. It's on the first floor and it's Studio 18. In the booking confirmation, there will be clear directions to help you find me!

Is there a lift?

Yes there is. The lift is directly behind the cafe as you enter Ocean Studios. As you come out of the lift turn left and follow the building round; through one large room, down one corridor, past a shared kitchen and just after going through the door I'm the third studio on the right.
