How long will the event last?

The event will last about 75 minutes. We'll start by welcoming you in with a cup of cacao (oat or dairy) with an accompanying heart opening visualisation then you'll be invited to lie down, get comfy and let the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls wash over you.
