Join Joe Cheal, Imaginarium Learning and Development, and Victoria Ramsden, Integrity Executive Coaching for "Overcoming sabotaging thoughts and behaviours".
Everyone experiences unhelpful thoughts… that can get in the way of us performing to our full potential. What if you could get in the driving seat of your own thinking… and discover ways to handle the saboteur within? This session will provide you with a set of practical tools and techniques for noticing sabotaging behaviours in real time and overcoming them. We will explore various contexts and situations to help you improve business relationships and enhance individual and team mental fitness.

Joe Cheal, Imaginarium Learning and Development, is a familiar face at gdb. Over the past thirty-five years, he has been modelling successful people in their field, including those that are 'naturally' confident and resilient. As well as helping thousands of people through training and coaching, he has also written various business psychology books.
