Our seven course taster menu demonstrates the vibrant diversity of wild food, crafted from fresh locally foraged produce and complimented by wild preserves from our pantry. Each course is designed to make wild ingredients the stars of the dish. By showing you plant samples you will learn about wild food and understand the journey of each dish from plant to plate.
