As the UK brand ambassador for Morris, a renowned Australian distiller based in Rutherglen, Victoria, Ryan brings a deep expertise in Australian whisky and will introduce us to the distilled delights of Morris, highlighting their exceptional range of new world whisky finished in award-winning Australian wine barrels.
Stefanie Holt:
With a wealth of knowledge and a passion for spirits, Stefanie will guide us through this tasting expedition. Her background in genetics and experience from some of the world's most prestigious cocktail bars provide a unique perspective on whisky. Previously an award-winning rum ambassador, Stefanie has seamlessly transitioned into the world of whisky, much to the delight of her Scottish grandparents. Her relaxed yet knowledgeable approach will bring each whisky to life, weaving together tales of flavor, production methods, and historical significance.
