A great opportunity to hear some top tips from our key note speaker, Adrian McDonagh, on engaging the modern jobseeker in an authentic conversation. Adrian will discuss how the way jobseekers discover, research & communicate with potential employers has changed dramatically. He will show you how to use the right tools and techniques to capture their attention & engage them in an authentic conversation.
Following on from this there will be a speed networking session with others who are passionate about People Management and ‘Improving working Lives’. Be prepared to make new contacts so bring business cards!
We aim to create a warm, relaxed environment where everyone can unwind a little after a busy day at work and enjoy some good company that understands the triumphs, tribulations and dilemmas of people management. This is a good chance to meet other HR practitioners, discuss industry hot topics, offer or receive support, have a drink and make new friends. We will be serving complimentary mulled wine (alcohol free) and mince pie and end the evening with a raffle!
