About this event
Have you ever felt misunderstood in your identity?
Do you long for more real connection — with yourself, with others, with love?
Felt the weight of old messages about what it means to be a man, a woman, or to live beyond those categories?
This workshop is a live online experience in collective healing.
Together, we will:
• Voice the Unspoken — name the inherited scripts about gender and identity that we’ve been carrying in silence.
• Witness Without Defending — listen to each other’s truths without fixing, debating, or rebutting.
• Explore the Wound + the Wholeness — acknowledge pain, but also discover where integration is already alive in us.
• Embody the New — move, speak, and share from the possibility of wholeness.
• Unite Within — through guided meditation, feel the inner masculine and feminine (or your own polarities) come together.
Why This Matters
So many of us carry stories of guilt, shame, or division about our identities.
In this space, you will be:
• Seen and heard in your lived experience.
• Witnessed with compassion by a supportive community.
• Invited to reclaim wholeness — not as an ideal, but as something already present within you. The workshop is not about fixing anyone. It is about creating a field of honest expression and connection, where the divide can soften and love can be remembered.
Who This Is For
• Those longing to feel a more authentic connection in relationships.
• Anyone curious about healing the split between masculine and feminine energies.
• People willing to show up honestly, with openness and curiosity.
• You do not need prior experience in healing or group work.
• Just bring your presence, your voice, and a willingness to participate.
