Do you want to develop the skills to engage in deep, open, connected conversations with anyone, anytime, anywhere?

Authentic Relating in London is a powerful event that equips you with the Authentic Relating (AR) tools and skills that allow you to immediately apply these learnings into your life and create visible impact and results quickly.

This event is a full-immersion training that gives you the experience to feel profound connection, safety, openness and trust with other participants in the room, in real time.

The AR tools and skills that you'll learn in this life-enhancing workshop can be used effectively with other people from all walks of life, be that strangers or your closest family.

Ultimately, this experiential training empowers you with the opportunity to transform yourself, your relationships and the world around you.

If you have the desire to learn a powerful new language and skillset that enables you to fully express your authentic self, and to invite others to do the same - this is the event for you.

What is Authentic Relating?

Authentic is the ability to be real, truthful, transparent and open, allowing others to see, hear, feel and understand you for who you really are.

Relating is the ability to connect deeply with another human in a way that allows people to be deeply seen, heard, understood, accepted and loved for who they really are - even in their most messy, challenged and darker selves.

Humans are designed to be in connection with other humans, and it is when we are in connection with others that we feel enriched, enlivened, connected and nourished.

Authentic Relating offers a diverse range of tools and skills that are powerful, effective and versatile, which you can apply in your everyday circumstances to connect with everyone you encounter.

  • You want to explore relating with others in a safe, nourishing group and welcoming space
  • You want to practice interacting in an open and authentic way

What we will explore together:

The 5 Practices of Authentic Relating -

1) Welcome everything:
Embrace all moments as they are, without judgement or resistance. This involves being present with your thoughts, feelings and sensations, allowing them to be whatever they are.

2) Assume nothing:
Avoid making assumptions about others or situations. Instead, practice curiosity and actively seek to understand their perspective and experience.

3) Reveal your experience:
Share your thoughts, feelings and experiences openly and honestly, even when they are challenging or uncomfortable. This creates space for vulnerability and deeper connection.

4) Own your experience:
Take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings and actions. This involves acknowleding your own contribution to relationships and situations, and being accountable for your choices.

5) Honour self and other:
Respect your own needs, desires, and values, while also honouring the needs, desires and values of others. This involves creating space for mutual respect and understanding.

These practices can be applied in various settings, from personal relationships to professional interactions, to build stronger and more fulfilling connections.
