Take a pause from the expectations, roles, and pressures you carry, and step into a space that’s just for you. In this 90-minute circle, we’ll notice the masks and expectations we carry, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with our inner truth, joy, and intuition.

Through journaling, creative expression, meditation, and supportive sharing, you’ll:

• Release the roles and pressures that weigh you down
• Tune into the qualities that make you uniquely you
• Speak your truth and feel fully seen in a caring circle
• Step closer to living in alignment with your heart and joy

Come alone or come with your girlfriends. This is your safe space to fill up your cup and come back to yourself.
