About this event

In a world of fake news, constant noise and endless scrolling, choosing to live authentically can feel like a rebellious act of self-care. Join me for an uplifting and thought-provoking online session, where together we’ll explore how to step off the hamster wheel, reconnect with what really matters, and live in a way that’s true to ourselves.

Living authentically isn’t just good for us — it can also be a powerful force for change. When we act from our deepest values, we’re better placed to challenge social injustice, care for our planet, and respond compassionately to the pressing issues of our time, from climate change to inequality. Every authentic choice, no matter how small, can ripple outward to inspire others and help create a fairer, kinder world.

With compassion and curiosity, we’ll look at:

  • How to stay aligned with your values, even when the world pulls you in all directions.
  • Ways to slow down, notice the good, and focus on what’s truly important.
  • What “being authentic” really means & why it’s good for your mental health & wellbeing.
  • Gentle, practical steps for living more authentically in your everyday life.
  • How to boost sense of self through genuine self-compassion
  • How to navigate conversations when others are unsure about your changes

This isn’t about perfection or grand gestures — it’s about small, meaningful shifts that ripple outwards, creating a kinder, more grounded way of being. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, braver, and more connected to what matters most.

Because life’s too short to live anyone else’s version of you.
