Simple strategies from the Natural Lifestyle Coach on how to rewild and reconnect to our bodies and to nature
About this event
The bright lights, late nights and constant hustle of our modern world have detached us from the way we, as humans, are supposed to live, connect and thrive.
In his first book, Be More Human, Natural Lifestyle Coach Tony Riddle explores the importance of reconnecting with our natural state, helping us to learn how to meet our true needs and live more naturally.
Most of us do not sit, breathe, eat, sleep or move as nature intended and so we're actively going against our biology.
And in this online event author Tony will show us how to become more human in practice, sharing advice on 5 key areas of everyday living:
- Breathing and Being
- Moving and Playing
- Eating and Drinking
- Sleeping and Resting
- Outdoors and Indoors

He is the creator of the Natural Lifestyle Philosophy, encouraging modern urbanites to reconnect with innate, 'wild' behaviours in order to increase physical, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. Tony has been featured in The Times, Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, Telegraph Magazine, Men's Health and on BBC Breakfast, Sky News, The Rich Roll Podcast. A proud husband to Katarina and a father of four, Riddle considers his family to be his greatest teachers.
