Hosting the discussion is M.A. Hunter, the prolific author of psychological thrillers including One Wrong Turn, Every Step You Take, Sleepwalker, and The Reunion. Writing also as Stephen Edger, he brings a wealth of experience in the crime and thriller world — and a reputation as a sharp, engaging interviewer.
In his latest book, The Woman on Platform 8 (March 2025), a deadly game of cat and mouse unfolds when autistic protagonist Jenna is approached by a fellow passenger claiming she’s just killed her boyfriend…
This October, M.A. Hunter will be guiding the conversation with a panel of horror and dark fiction authors (to be announced soon), exploring fear, tension, and what it takes to truly unnerve a reader.
