Yet autistic people bring valuable strengths, unique perspectives and skills that can drive innovation and success. Many employers, however are unsure how best to recruit, support and retain autistic talent.
In 2025, Scottish Autism launched Elevate, with a clear mission - work closely with organisations, communities and individuals to equip them with the knowledge, tools and confidence to create more inclusive environments for autistic people.
In this session, we will explore the barriers autistic people face in employment, and share how Elevate can support you either through training or by developing practical strategies to help you attract, support and retain autistic talent across your organisation.
