It's World Autism Awareness Week, and it's time to change the narrative around autism.

Awareness raising usually focuses on what autistic people find difficult. That's useful but it's not the only story.

So come and listen to autistic speakers from across the Public Sector talk about what they're interested in, and what they're great at, with an introduction by Rupert McNeil, Civil Service Chief People Officer.

The event is open to anyone working in the public sector, whether central government, local government, education, the NHS, or any other publicly funded body.

Attendees will be collected from reception.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The nearest tube station is Westminster- if you can use steps, then the best exit is exit 6.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you can bring it printed, or in a digital format such as on your phone. We'll also be checking you against a list.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No- please cancel your ticket and get the new person to register, or email us if registration has closed. We need an accurate list of names for security.
