Explore your identity. Connect with others. Feel less alone.
If you’ve recently started questioning whether you might be autistic — or you’ve been late-identified and want space to make sense of it — this circle is for you.
Autistic Discovery & Me is an 8-week online Somatic Self-Exploration Circle created for late-identified and self-identifying autistic adults who want to explore their neurodivergent identity in a safe, affirming, and non-pathologising space.
This is not a therapy group, and no therapeutic work or trauma processing takes place.
It’s a gentle, educational, reflective space where autistic adults can learn, connect, and understand themselves more deeply.
Why Join This Circle?
Discovering you’re autistic can bring enormous relief — and it can also stir up questions, confusion, grief, anger, or imposter syndrome.
You may be wondering:
- “Is this really me?”
- “Why didn’t I see this sooner?”
- “What does this mean for how I see myself, my past, and my future?”
You don’t have to explore these questions alone.
In this small closed group (maximum 6 participants), you’ll:
- Be part of a warm, neuroaffirming autistic community
- Explore your identity at your own pace
- Connect with others who “get it”
- Learn from shared experience and structured reflection
- Participate in optional somatic awareness practices to support grounding and connection
- Build more self-trust, clarity, and body-awareness
This space honours autonomy, consent, and sensory needs.
What We’ll Explore
In the first session, the group co-creates the journey by choosing 6 topics from the following:
- Autistic Communication
- Sensory Experiences
- Autistic Masking
- Autistic Burnout
- Autistic Nervous System & Emotions
- Imposter Syndrome
- Ableism & Internalised Ableism
- Intersectionality
- Interests, Passions & Monotropism
- Autism, Health & Wellness
- AuDHD, PDA & Multiple Neurodivergence
Each session blends:
- light learning
- reflection
- optional sharing
- gentle somatic practices
- supportive resources between sessions (handouts, worksheets, audio practices)
Again: this is an educational and reflective group, not therapy.

A Personal Note from Natasha
As a late-identified autistic practitioner, I know the complex mix of relief, reconnection, and tenderness that comes with discovering who you really are — often after years of masking or feeling “other.”
I created Autistic Discovery & Me to offer the space I wish I’d had: one where autistic identity can be explored gently, without judgement or pressure, and where you don’t need to translate your experience.
You’re welcome here exactly as you are.
