Autistic Spectrum Conference Staffordshire

The conference is hosted by Keele University Psychology Department and Lifeworks Staffordshire, a charity for people aged 14+ with or without a diagnosis of an autistic spectrum condition.
This conference is for academics, professionals, students, carers and clients on the autistic spectrum.
The conference will discuss new areas of development including a qualification for teaching assistants and those working on a 1 to 1 basis with people on the autistic spectrum.
There will be a promotion of the Staffordshire Autistic Spectrum card and a discussion on disability hate crime.
There will be a presentation from Community Legal Representation about their ESA and PIP benefits support service run via Lifeworks Staffordshire.
There will be a presentation from Doctor Donna Berry (Keele University Psychology Department)
There will be a talk from Pam Wood on the local Adult Diagnostic Service
