Auto Amor is a new artist studio launched from an old car mechanic’s workshop in 2025. We run residencies, pop-up exhibitions and networking events for artists, while developing a commercial gallery that exists outside the traditional bricks-and-mortar model. Our aim is to open up new ways for people to encounter and collect contemporary art, while giving artists more opportunities to show their work and connect with each other.

As an homage to the history of artists swapping works, Auto Amor’s aim for volume 2 is for artists to exhibit their work and go home with someone else’s.
Experience a collection of 100 anonymous artworks installed at The Art House on October 10th. There will then be a live draw hosted by our friends Filthy Fox Auction Club, where each artist in attendance will see who their work has been swapped with.
There will then be a chance to network with the community, as well as a live DJ.
The event is free to attend, doors open at 6:30pm.
