The better we understand what’s motivating your customer to buy, the better the sale – this enables you to build value and encourage repeat business; in addition to improving your company’s brand reputation as a “great business to deal with”. Course details:

  • Understand qualification (listening skills are essential)
  • Communicating around lifestyle preference (customers’ true needs)
  • Effective part exchange appraisals, whilst relationship building
  • Buying motives and bespoke customer benefits
  • Exceed expenditure by creating emotional purchasing
  • Build value and trust in a sale

If you want to perfect your qualification and product presentation skills to maximise the value of your deals, this is a 3-day course (two separate days of training)
