Join Anne and myself for our beautiful retreat day for mind, body spirit, as we take time to slow down and connect in with nature. As the leaves fall in autumn, we take time to look at and let go of what no longer serves us, to build resilience to changes and moving forward on our life’s journey. We can look at nature as a mirror for our lives, the trees loosing their leaves, slowing down, and embracing what comes next.♥️

What to expect 

🌺On our retreat day we will be exploring essential oils to support wellbeing of body, mind and spirit during the changes of the seasons. Plus you will create your own bespoke aroma blend to use at home

🌸We will connect with the elements through a fire ceremony, and drumming connecting with the medicine wheel

🌺Yoga Nidra, and Soundbath

🌺Meditation and Journaling 

🌸We will gather together in community for a shared lunch

Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
