As we walk the season of Autumn, nature invites us to soften, release, and return to balance. Just as the trees let go of their leaves, we too are called to release what no longer serves us—making space for stillness, peace, and renewal.
On Sunday 19th October, 10:30am – 12:30pm, join us in the heart of nature at Sandwell Valley, West Midlands, for a co-creation of masculine and feminine energies. Together we weave breath, movement, and cacao into a grounding, heart-opening journey to reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
What to Expect
🌀 Breath & Stretch (Masculine Grounding)
Guided by Niell, you’ll move through conscious breathwork and body-led stretching to energise, release tension, and return to presence.
❤️ Cacao Ceremony (Feminine Heart-Opening)
With Louisa, we’ll share ceremonial-grade cacao from the Solomon Islands—connecting with Mama Cacao, our hearts, and Mother Earth. This is an invitation to soften, to release, and to cultivate a deep sense of peace within.
🌿 Connection & Integration
After the ceremony, you’re welcome to stay in circle—sharing reflections, conversations, or simply resting together in the stillness of nature.
